WTF!!!
Jaw dropping news of the day: Went to a club last night in downtown Chicago. I go up to a Bartender and this conversation happened. (Warning: when done reading, you might want to hit someone who is a known idiot!!!)Colliness: "Can I have a bottle water?" Bartender: "We only carry Bling H20 water bottles now." Colliness: (Puzzled look) "If its water, then I take it." Bartender: "Okay, that will be 40 dollars." Colliness: (laughs) "Youre joking right?" Bartender: "No....im not." Rules for dealing with a difficult partner
Yeah the title sounds bad, but sometimes you need to follow certain rules that will help you along your way to maintaining a good relationship and keep your self esteem....Lets face it, maintaing a healthy relationship is hard!!! So sometimes our partners need to know and remember why they are with you. RULE #1: You're awesome and don't let your mate forget it. Don't walk around with a sash or anything; just understand that you're a catch and that you'll be great whether you're actively dating or flying solo. In other words: the party follows me wherever I go. RULE #2: Never treat your mate better than you treat yourself. One time-tested truth is that nice guys indeed finish last. Treat your mate too well and they'll think you're a clingy doormat. Jerks always seem impossible to leave. That doesn't mean don't buy lunch or cuddle, but don't give gifts too often or otherwise spoil them. If you gotta shower someone with affection, shower yourself. They'll see how you treat yourself and respect you for it, hoping that in time, you'll do the same for them. RULE #3: My time is fucking valuable. It is important to always have the illusion that you have a backup plan. So if your loser mate stands you up and calls you up, don't sweat it, just hit em with "Oh, it was no big deal. My boi came by and we chilled together; he kept me company so it was cool." RULE #4: Care, but don't care too much. You must maintain an air of coolness about you. Blowing your top all the damn time just makes you seem petty, even when you're in the right. React like it's water off a ducks back. Why? Because emotion makes you seem like you're too committed...and caring too much is a sign of weakness! It sounds bad, but it's true. So If you're aloof and standoff-ish, they feel like you're ready to leave at a moments notice and that is scary to them if they care anything about you. RULE #5: Keep a clique of hot, attractive friends around. Show them off to your mate every once in a while. The object of this is simple: you're replaceable, and by someone much, much hotter. Usually one appearance is good, but increase if they start fucking up and need a reminder on just what kind of ass you could be getting. Last-minute notes: If you can, have a backup plan if your loser mate cancels on you without pity; have fun without them and let them know that you did...do not call too much; if they say they're going to, let them. PISSED OFF....
I am extremely angry right now! I really hate people who, since dont have original ideas on their own, take credit or try to steal your ideas...For example, I work hard to be a dancer. I dont put myself as a world class dancer, but Im good at what I do. I also work hard for the shows and programs I put together to make it work...AND FOR SOME WHITE TRASH BITCH THAT FEELS THAT BECAUSE SHE IS MY SUPERIOR SHE CAN TAKE THE CREDIT FOR EVERYTHING IVE DONE AND FUCKS IT UP BECAUSE SHE IS A FUCK UP...Im tired of working my ass off just to be thrown back in my face that Im nothing but a tool for others to make it and rapes my ideas for their own benefits! Im tired of turning the other cheek for these individuals. This is my dream, Ive worked, bled, sweat, and sacrifice too much for them to take this away from me! But for now...I cant do nuthin. thanks for the comments for my problem I wrote about in my last entry. We talked things out and he said that our relationship is more important than a "queen's rampage for not having me"! We are in a solid relationship and things are going to be cool with us!!! |
